Tony is a PropTech executive with nearly two decades of experience building and scaling technology-enabled real estate businesses. As the Founder and President of Closings at Clever, he leads AI-enablement, national expansion, sales strategy, and operations for the title and escrow division. Tony leverages his extensive domain expertise to shape strategic partnerships and pioneer products that use technology to transform the real estate experience for consumers and professionals alike.

Prior to Clever, Tony served as Head of Strategic Relationships at HomeLight, where he spearheaded go-to-market strategies and led a national sales organization across multiple business units including Trade-In, Cash Offer, Simple Sale, and Closing Services, driving over $500M in revenue. Earlier in his career, Tony co-founded a real estate SaaS company focused on lead generation and CRM for real estate professionals, served as Partner and Vice President at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and founded an independent brokerage specializing in commercial and residential real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has founded and exited multiple real estate and technology ventures and is a recognized industry voice, featured in Inman News and on industry panels.

Sr. Director of Operations for Clever Closings, responsible for day-to-day title and escrow operations across every Clever market and the launch of new ones. Craig brings more than two decades of title, escrow, and mortgage operations leadership, including a foundational tenure at First American Mortgage Services as First Vice President and Director of Sales and Operations in Westlake, TX — where he ran large-scale title and settlement operations at one of the industry’s most recognizable underwriters. From there he served as VP, Title and Settlement at Carrington Title Services, then as Operations Manager of the National Agency Services Division at WFG National Title Insurance Company, and as Texas State Manager at HomeLight (PropTech title), giving him rare experience across legacy title, national agency, and digital-first models. At Clever he has personally led the buyout of the TX joint venture and insourced operations, secured approvals with national underwriters, launched Florida, California, Georgia, and Michigan from scratch, and built the operations team end-to-end.

Head of Agent Relations for Clever Closings, owning the national sales engine he built from zero — team, strategy, partnerships, and revenue model. Under his leadership, Clever Closings has scaled revenue from zero to multi-million dollars with continued double-digit growth, while expanding operations across 13+ states. Based in Miami, Jack brings roughly 18 years of enterprise sales, banking, and commercial real estate leadership. At HomeLight, as Strategic Relationships Manager, he launched the South Florida market from scratch and drove $4M in revenue, securing 100+ brokerage partnerships and processing 700+ title orders. Before that he was a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Metro 1 closing $50M+ in South Florida transactions — including a $19.5M multi-family assemblage, an $11M flex-industrial asset, an $8.5M retail plaza, and a $6M office tower — and served as SVP of Sales at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors Miami. Earlier in his career he spent a decade in commercial banking, including VP Branch Manager roles at BankUnited and Bank OZK (where he grew a new Miami branch from $0 to $100M in deposits ahead of IPO), and a tenure at JPMorgan Chase as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, where he earned Presidents Club National Achiever status three consecutive years, placing him in the top 10% of business bankers nationally.

Executive & Operations Assistant and the connective tissue of the Clever Closings business, supporting leadership and the broader team with a level of ownership that extends far beyond a typical EA role. Day-to-day she runs the executive’s calendar, inbox, and travel; owns daily metric and reporting updates that the whole business relies on; opens escrow files; streamlines ops to keep Escrow Officers and Assistants focused on closings; and manages behind-the-scenes sales activities that keep the pipeline moving. She brings a 25+ year career of increasingly responsible operations, support, and client-facing roles — including prior Executive Assistant work with Athena, a Customer Service Agent role at Canada Tax Reviews working inside HubSpot CRM, running her own laundry business as an owner/operator in the Philippines, Medical Transcriptionist work at U-Scribe Inc., and earlier Personal Assistant roles.

Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer for Clever Closings’ Michigan branch, where she anchors our Michigan market with decades of local expertise. Monica brings a remarkable 32+ years in Michigan title and closings, a tenure that is hard to overstate. She began her career in 1993 at Title One Inc. in Livonia, Michigan, where she spent two decades as a Closing Officer, later joined Chirco Title Agency as an Escrow Officer, and most recently served as an Escrow Officer at Sonic Title in Dearborn. Across that career she has owned the full closing process end-to-end — from open to post-close — and built a reputation for clear communication, attention to detail, strong partnership with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents, and mentoring teammates. Based in Troy, MI.

Assistant Escrow Officer for Clever Closings in Texas, based in San Antonio. Noelia brings 9+ years of Texas title experience and is a licensed Escrow Officer with hands-on closing experience on top of the EA role — giving her the ability to own a file end-to-end when needed. She is known for her deep knowledge of the Texas escrow process, her client-first mindset, and an energy that elevates the rooms she walks into. Since joining the Texas team, she has helped transform a previously underperforming market into a top-tier one in both service quality and client satisfaction.

Sr. Escrow Officer and Branch Manager for Clever’s California branch, where she owns the end-to-end escrow process for resale and refinance transactions across the state. A San Diego real estate veteran with 26 years in the industry, Angelica has built a career spanning nearly every corner of the business — reverse mortgage, paper and subprime loan processing, loan modifications, short sales, new-home sales, escrow coordination for new-home builders, and residential resale and refinance escrow. She has held Escrow Officer roles at some of the most recognized names in California title and escrow, including Lawyers Title of San Diego (twice), HomeLight Escrow, Elite Escrow Services, Foundation Escrow, California Preferred Escrow, and People’s Escrow, and started her career handling escrow and new-home sales at Pacific Century Homes. That depth of experience — across booms, busts, and every transaction type — makes her one of the most versatile and battle-tested escrow leaders on the West Coast.

Assistant Escrow Officer for Clever Escrow in California, supporting our San Diego branch. Vanessa came into the role through a team referral and is based in Chula Vista, CA. Her background includes a Certified Medical Assistant credential from Pima Medical Institute-Denver and a high school diploma from Chula Vista High School. She is an in-office member of the California team contributing to Escrow Officer Angelica Flores’s book and the California branch’s day-to-day operations.

Senior Escrow Officer and Branch Manager for Clever Title in Texas, owning our Texas closing experience end-to-end. Tracey brings roughly 18 years of Texas title and escrow experience with a strong record of branch-level leadership. Most recently she served as Senior Escrow Officer at Texas Title in Southlake, preceded by a Branch Manager role at Magnolia Title in Grapevine, Senior Escrow Officer work at Title Resources, and Escrow Officer roles at OSN Texas and ARCLand Title earlier in her career. Since taking over her Texas book at Clever, she has turned a previously struggling market into one of our best-performing in terms of client satisfaction and service scores.

Agent Relations Manager for Clever Closings, based near Houston and covering one of our largest markets in Texas. Kristin brings 11+ years in Texas real estate, title, and escrow business development, with the rare background of having sold title for both traditional and PropTech shops. She most recently served as Business Development Manager at Envision Title Company in Clear Lake, and before that was Business Development Manager at Endpoint — a fully-digital title model very similar to Clever Title — where she got traditional agents to adopt a remote, out-of-area PropTech closing experience. Prior to Endpoint she was Business Development Manager at Great American Title Company in the greater Houston area, and began her real estate career as a Licensed Realtor at RE/MAX Space Center-Clear Lake, giving her firsthand perspective on what agents actually need from a title partner. She is also a licensed Notary Public.

Post Closings Operations Specialist and architect of Clever’s Post-Closings function, where she owns the workflows, performance standards, and efficiency of everything that happens after a deal closes. Ashley brings roughly a decade of title, escrow, and default-side operations experience, with a consistent through-line of team leadership and process redesign. Most recently she served as Escrow Support Manager at Endpoint — the venture-backed digital title disruptor — running team management and real-estate transactions at scale, following a tenure at Spruce (Post Closing Team Lead and Operations Associate) where she helped shape the operational backbone of another high-growth PropTech title player. Before PropTech, she built deep expertise on the legal/default side of title as a Title Specialist at Miller, Watson & George PC and as a Senior Default Specialist at Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel LLP managing multi-state portfolios, and began her career as an REO Title Analyst at Streamline Title handling national FNMA REO properties. A graduate of Austin College, she’s based in Allen, Texas.

Natalie brings 5+ years of title and escrow experience focused on residential resale, all inside the Tampa Bay market. He is also the founder and owner of Seewald Signing Services, LLC, a mobile and remote notary signing business he launched in Phoenix serving purchases, refinances, seller packages, and investment properties — work that keeps him sharp on the execution details at the signing table. She served as a Senior HUD Reviewer at Amrock Title (Rocket Mortgage), where she analyzed title commitments and closing documents for accuracy, managed closing and settlement fees, verified property tax bills, and researched deeds, probates, and other legal documents to confirm clear ownership. Before Amrock, she worked at Santander Consumer USA as a Loss Recovery Coordinator and SCRA Specialist, and at Bank of America as a Mortgage Servicing Specialist II/QA Analyst, processing loan modifications and collateral documents while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. She also runs her own side practice as a self-employed New Home Inspector at McCarthy Inspections, partnering with builders and lenders on construction-progress reports — work that makes her unusually fluent in what can go wrong between contract and close.
